1. Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
2. How to Initiate a Return:
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
a. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] for request a return authorization. b. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, along with the original packing slip or order confirmation. c. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.
3. Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your return package. RONEY METAL ROSE is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
4. Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
5. Exchanges:
- If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer service team to arrange the exchange.
- Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired item is not available, a refund will be issued instead.
6. International Returns:
- We currently only accept returns within South Africa. International returns are not available at this time.
